History Question

Learning Goal: I’m working on a history multi-part question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

Based on the readings,* write a paper of at least four pages that answers the following questions, elaborating with evidence and detail as necessary:

1) What is the first article’s thesis (main argument)?

2) What are some major topics the author discusses in order to support the article’s thesis? What specific evidence is used to develop these topics?

3) What is the second article’s thesis (main argument)?

4) What are some major topics the author discusses in order to support the article’s thesis? What specific evidence is used to develop these topics?

5) Taking into account both articles, what new concerns does an environmental justice framework bring to our understanding of and vision for urban green spaces?

Other Considerations

Papers should be at least four complete pages, with no more than one-inch margins, double-spaced, in twelve point font. Do not “double-double space” between paragraphs. The best papers will have introduction and conclusion paragraphs and use proper grammar and spelling. Submit your paper as a Word document (not in PDF or Pages).
