If you are of the age where this is pertinent to you, discuss how the aging process has affected you while at work. What accommodations have you had to make? If you are not of the age yet where this is an issue, look around at your work mates, and discuss what they have had to deal with. Should accommodations be made at work for people with aging issues? Is this considered an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) issue? Defend your answer.

I dont believe I have been affected by the aging process, but I can relate the process to the military. While I was in, the four years changed dramatically due to politically views in the service. So I reckoned in the construction field, some of the older generation may view safety in those regards. Time and time I hear, when I first started we didnt have fall protection. And as a safety manager, many guys have a hard time buying into the safety policies due to those reasons.
