3. To what extent is the Chinese grievance that China’s voice has been marginalized by the West is legitimate (that is, western paranoia and prejudice are to blame)? And to what extent is this Chinese resentment manufactured/manipulated by its own government? You need to read the concluding chapter and make your own assessment.
