•   What values do I particularly admire? (Honesty, generosity, consistency, etc.)
•   What are my strongest character qualities? (You might want to take the free character

•   How have I acted with moral courage in the past? Describe a situation in which you faced a challenging ethical dilemma in the workplace and did the right thing. What were the
  outcomes for you or others?
•   How have I “voiced my values” in the past? Describe a time when you “spoke up” about
  an ethical issue in the workplace. Were you listened to or not? What happened?
