W5: Working in Groups/Teams and Managing Conflict/Negotiation

After reading this week’s material, answer the following questions in the Discussion :

We have all worked with a group at one time or another, whether it was a school project, volunteer fundraiser, or a project for work.  Please explain the scenario.  How did it go?  Did everyone contribute equally to the project?  Were there any conflicts?  What could you have done to make the project run more smoothly? While you are not required to formally cite your sources within the discussion, you should make sure that you are incorporating information from the readings into your responses.  Your responses should clearly show that you have read the material.
